The consultation is paid. The current rate is communicated when the appointment is booked, before any service is rendered, in accordance with CICC professional conduct rules.
Is the consultation confidential?
Yes. Information shared during the consultation is governed by the CICC Code of Professional Conduct and by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), as well as Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information (Law 25).
Can I consult remotely?
Yes. Consultations are held by secure video link or by telephone, in French or English, with clients located in Canada or abroad.
Will I receive an opinion through the form?
